一、 活動重點及目的：

旨在分享系統性文獻回顧與統合分析的寫作經驗與團隊合作實務，協助參與者掌握從研究問題設定、文獻檢索、資料篩選、品質評估到結果統整與撰寫的完整流程。同時探討有效的團隊分工、溝通協作雨鞋做工具運用，提升研究團隊合作能力，強化學術寫作技巧，增進系統性文回顧與統合分析的研究品質，並促進研究成果順利發表。

二、 活動特色及執行情形：

邀請護理學系碩士班及博士班傑出校友Ita Daryanti Saragih博士擔任主講者，現任美國賓州州立大學博士後研究學者，並榮登「2025年全球前2%頂尖科學家榜單」。於10月14日安排線上演講，主題「Systematic Review & Meta-Analysis: Methods and Team Collaboration」，吸引來自國內外之教師與研究生約100人線上參與。

透過Saragih 博士分享系統性文獻回顧與統合分析的研究方法、撰寫過程及跨國團隊合作的實務經驗，提升與會者研究設計思維、學術論文撰寫能力與研究團隊協作成效。
