一、 活動重點及目的(Key Points and Objectives of the Activity )：
讓國際生在快樂且友善的學習環境中學習華語，有助於降低學習壓力，提升學習意願與參與度，透過辦理「華語文朗讀競賽」，提升國際生之華語發音、語調與語感，並加強聽與說的表達能力。期望透過競賽活動營造正向的學習氛圍，激發學習動機，促進同儕交流，並進一步提升社會適應力與未來職場競爭力。
Providing international students with a joyful and supportive learning environment helps reduce learning pressure and enhances their motivation and engagement. By organizing the “Chinese Language Reading Contest,” students can further improve their pronunciation, intonation, and language sense, while strengthening their listening and speaking skills. The competition aims to foster a positive learning atmosphere, stimulate learning motivation, promote peer interaction, and further enhance social adaptability and future career competitiveness.
二、 活動特色及執行情形(Features of the Activity and Implementation Details)：
華語文朗讀競賽的特色在於結合語言學習與舞台表現，參賽學生從三篇文章中抽選一篇作為比賽篇章，並於舞台上進行六分鐘的朗讀，評分依照五個面向進行，包括：「語音語調」、「中文咬字與口氣」、「朗讀技巧」、「節奏與停頓」，以及「台風與表現力」，全面評量學生的朗讀能力與台風。
The Chinese Language Reading Contest is characterized by the integration of language learning and stage performance. Participants select one piece from three provided texts and perform a six-minute reading on stage. Evaluation is based on five criteria: pronunciation and intonation, articulation and phrasing in Chinese, reading techniques, rhythm and pauses, and stage presence and expressiveness, providing a comprehensive assessment of students’ reading skills and stage performance.
