一、 活動重點及目的(Key Points and Objectives of theActivity ): 透過情境演練,由學員分別扮演顧客與飯店櫃檯人員,模擬各種實際情境,以提升英文表達與口說能力。 Through role-playing activities, participants take turns acting as customers and hotel front desk staff, simulating various real-life scenarios to enhance their English communication and speaking skills. 二、 活動特色及執行情形(Features of the Activity and Implementation Details): 設計多元情境,如入住登記、客訴處理、訂房確認及旅遊諮詢等,培養學員在不同場合下的應對與溝通技巧。 Design diverse scenarios, such as check-in registration, complaint handling, reservation confirmation, and travel consultation to help participants develop effective communication and problem-solving skills in various situations. 三、 描述性回饋(Descriptive Feedback): 1. 老師非常優秀很認真。 The teacher is excellent and very dedicated. 2. 練習客人和服務生之間的對話很有幫助,這是課堂上很酷又有趣的部分,我真的很喜歡。It's useful to practice the conversation as a customer and waiter, it's cool and funny part in the class, l really love it. 3. 漸漸的已拾起英文的熱誠, 我希望我能更有勇氣面對英文,謝謝老師的教導 Little by little, I’ve regained my passion for English. I hope I can have more courage to face the language. Thank you for your guidance, teacher. 4. 唱歌給其他同學聽,很有趣! Sing the song to other students, it's interesting! |
