一、 活動重點及目的(Key Points and Objectives of theActivity )

         透過情境演練,由學員分別扮演顧客與飯店櫃檯人員,模擬各種實際情境,以提升英文表達與口說能力。

         Through role-playing activities, participants take turns acting as customers and hotel front desk staff, simulating various real-life scenarios to enhance their English communication and speaking skills.

二、 活動特色及執行情形(Features of the Activity and Implementation Details)

         設計多元情境,如入住登記、客訴處理、訂房確認及旅遊諮詢等,培養學員在不同場合下的應對與溝通技巧。

         Design diverse scenarios, such as check-in registration, complaint handling, reservation confirmation, and travel consultation to help participants develop effective communication and problem-solving skills in various situations.

  三、 描述性回饋(Descriptive Feedback)

       1.    真實生活中的英文應用,並且有機會可以開口說英語。 Practical English application in real-life situations, with opportunities for participants to actively speak and use English.

       2.     每次上課壓力都很大,但都很有收穫,謝謝老師。Each class was stressful, but very rewarding. Thank you, teacher.

       3.     老師使用重複句型、增加情境的重疊教學,讓學員在安心的情境下自然練習到以基本型態或自行變化的課程內容。The teacher used repeated sentence patterns and overlapping situational practice, allowing participants to naturally practice both basic and modified expressions in a comfortable learning environment.

       4.    第一次練習在離開會場時需先與老師做面對面的對話,真是又驚又喜。 It was both surprising and exciting to have to speak face-to-face with the teacher before leaving the classroom for the first time.

       5.    很溫馨的課程,非常鼓勵同仁報名參加。A heartwarming course that I highly encourage colleagues to join.
